For law firms

Marketing for law firms, built to the rules from day one.

Most marketing people learn your advertising rules after an ad gets flagged. I teach them.

01 / Why it matters

Lawyer advertising has rules most marketers never read.

I host and produce The Florida Bar Business Law Section's continuing legal education series on lawyer advertising compliance, with Florida Bar ethics counsel and practicing attorneys on the faculty.

That work shapes how I plan, write and design for firms: the rules come first, then the creative.

What I do for firms.

The same three crafts, applied to how people find and choose a lawyer.

i.

Marketing

Google and Meta campaigns, search and landing pages, with tracking from the first click to the consultation request.

ii.

Video

Attorney introductions, practice-area explainers and social clips, planned around what your rules allow.

iii.

Design

Ads, social graphics and print pieces that look like your firm and carry the disclaimers they need.

Common questions.

This page is general information, not legal advice.

Do you know the Florida Bar advertising rules?

I host and produce The Florida Bar Business Law Section's continuing legal education series on lawyer advertising compliance, and I'm a member of the National Association of Advertising Compliance. Your firm is still responsible for its own ads, so final review stays with you.

Do you only work with Florida firms?

No. Every state has its own advertising rules, and we work from the rules that apply to your firm.

What do law firms usually start with?

Most start with a single project, like ad creative, a landing page or a video, or with a consulting block to review what's running now.
