A fractional marketing director, sometimes called a fractional CMO, leads your marketing part time. You get the planning, priorities and oversight of a senior marketing lead, sized to the hours you need. With me, that usually covers:

Start small. Grow if it helps.
Most clients start with 10 hours. Some get what they need there. Others move to monthly work, often on a 6-month term, which gives the plan time to show what's working.
Consulting hours
$150 an hour, or $1,500 for 10 hours paid up front. Use them as you need them.

From $1,500 a month, month to month or a 6-month term. Ongoing direction, priorities and check-ins.
Single projects
From $350, for a defined job with a written quote before any work starts.

Business has a rhythm.
My uncle taught me there's no such thing as balance, only rhythm. Some seasons a business needs more sales, some need operations, some need marketing. When you're ready to focus on marketing and get it right, that's where I come in.

What does a fractional marketing director cost?

How is consulting paid?
In full before the first session. A single call is billed at $150 an hour.
Is there a long-term contract?
Not for consulting hours. Monthly work can be month to month or a 6-month term, whichever fits your goals.
Can you guarantee more leads?
No one can honestly promise a number. What I commit to is a clear read, a clear list of what to fix first and the time to work through it with you.
