blakehickey.com is operated by Hickey Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Jupiter, Florida. Blake Hickey is a brand of Hickey Media LLC. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Hickey Media LLC.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us and the basic technical data every website receives.

• Contact and booking details. When you book a call, fill out a form, sign up for weekly tips or email us, we receive what you provide, such as your name, company name, email address, phone number and anything you write in your message or booking notes.
• Chat messages. When you use the chat on this site, we receive what you type and any contact details you share.
• Technical data. Our hosting and security providers may log standard information such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited.

How we use it

• To reply to you and answer your questions.
• To schedule and hold calls, and send reminders about them.
• To send a proposal or follow up on your inquiry.
• To deliver services we agree on in writing, and to invoice for them.
• To send weekly marketing tips if you signed up for them. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Services we use

We use a small set of providers to run this site and our business. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.

• HighLevel (LeadConnector) hosts this site and runs our forms, booking calendar, chat and email.
• Cloudflare delivers the site and provides basic, aggregate traffic data.
• Google provides our calendar and the web fonts used on this site.
• Zoom is used for video calls when a call is held by video.
• Google Tag Manager loads our measurement tools, and Google Analytics measures how people use this site. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Chat and AI replies

The chat on this site is answered by Leo, an AI assistant, which can answer common questions and offer to book a call. Replies may be automated. Messages are saved so Blake can read them and follow up.

If you would rather reach Blake directly, say so in the chat or email [email protected]. Please don't share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.

Phone calls

Calls to (561) 935-3389 are answered by Blake's AI assistant, which can book a call or take a message. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and the assistant says so at the start of the call. Your name, number, business, email (if you give it) and a call summary are stored in our CRM so Blake can follow up. We don't sell this information.

Text messages

We only send you text messages if you ask us to or agree to receive them, for example by saying yes on a call or texting us first. Hickey Media LLC may send you appointment confirmations, reminders and replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of booking or buying. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses basic functional cookies set by our hosting, chat and booking tools so those features work.

It also uses Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) to count visits and see which parts of the site get used. Details and opt-out choices are in the next section.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers or pixels on this site today. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Analytics and how we measure the site

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how people find and use this site. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are (city or region), the type of device and browser, the website or ad that sent you, and actions such as tapping our phone number or email link, sending a form or booking a call. We use this to see which pages help people and to fix the ones that don't.

We do not send what you type into forms to Google. Google signals and ads personalization are turned off in our Google Analytics account, the data is not used for advertising, and Google Analytics is set to keep visit-level and user-level data for 2 months, the shortest option it offers.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how people move through the site, using heatmaps and session recordings of clicks, scrolls and mouse movement. Clarity is set to mask the text people type and the text on the page, so form entries are not recorded. Microsoft handles this data under its privacy statement: https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. Clarity uses cookies named _clck and _clsk, which you can block in your browser settings.

When you send a form, chat or book a call, our CRM also records the page you were on and the website or ad that brought you, so we know where the request came from.

Your choices:

We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to the people who need it to do the work. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send highly sensitive information through forms, chat or email.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We respond to every reasonable request. You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email and stop texts by replying STOP.
