Undertaking a comprehensive competitor analysis, they identified key elements needed to provide customers with a seamless online ordering experience for both services and products. Expanding their services to target high-end car dealerships was a major goal, with the added feature of offering each dealership its own portal to submit and monitor their vehicles being cared for. Furthermore, they embarked on digital and print campaigns to attract retail customers.
My approach
As the sole marketer on the team, I efficiently managed all aspects of every project, adhering to tight deadlines. Collaborating closely with dealerships and their marketing teams, I designed unique templates applicable across all dealerships, streamlining operations and allowing more time to focus on attracting new customers while maintaining the loyalty of current ones.

We crafted a compelling brand identity, including business cards, website, tri-folds, bi-folds, and more, effectively positioning the brand in the market. This effort led to securing the largest dealerships in South Florida, along with a diverse clientele of high-end car collectors.
